Barbara Gruber Online Courses for Teachers
Professional Development Provider Status

Teachers in any state or country may register online for Barbara Gruber Courses. Courses are designed for K-6 Teachers.

All teachers who enroll in Barbara Gruber Courses may opt to earn up to three semester units of post-graduate University credit for each course. For more information, go to About University Credit on the Home page of this website.

In some states, professional development providers may apply for "Approved Provider" status. Below is a list of states where we are approved as providers or are working on becoming approved providers. If your state/region/school district has an approval process for providers, please let us know and we will find out if we can apply.

When teachers enroll in Barbara Gruber Courses from states/regions where we are Approved Providers, they will receive by post office mail further information regarding specific requirements for their states. State programs and requirements change from time to time; therefore, it is the registrants' responsibility to verify that the courses meet their requirements for recertification and/or salary advancement.

All courses are self-paced and run continuously--you may start your course on any day at any time. At this time, we are Approved Professional Development Providers in:

ILLINOIS: Provider #102834

MASSACHUSETTS: MA does not issue provider numbers.

NEW JERSEY: Provider # 4796

ONTARIO CANADA: College of Teachers: Provider #1058200
